Welcome to our June newsletter and we are delighted to report that Summer seems to have definitely arrived as we've been basking in wall to wall glorious sunshine. This superb weather has meant that we have been extremely busy on the accommodation and dining side and it's been great to see the beach and prom full of families, couples and groups of friends all having a good time. OUR KITCHEN IS SMOKING!

The smells wafting out of our kitchen are making all our mouths water with the tempting aroma of smoked food.

Not content with offering our diners an array of locally sourced produce, the team in the kitchen have turned their hands to hot smoking many of our dishes using locally reclaimed oak chippings.  So depending on season and our daily specials, diners can enjoy The Imperial's own Hot Smoked salmon, duck and chicken, which is proving extremely popular.
