Dear Friends,

Winter draws ever closer. Summer feels like a distant memory. But as the clocks go back and the daylight hours slink away, don't despair. Get some well-earned "me" time with an autumn break in North Wales. We have lots of ways to catch up with "you" this autumn. Ditch the diet and fill up on local goodies at a food festival, we have two major ones this season - Gwledd Conwy Feast and Llangollen Food Festival. Feel brand new with a Halen Mon sea salt scrub at Treysgawen Hall Spa on the Isle of Anglesey. Blow away the cobwebs on a big beach - the Llyn Coastal Path has no less than 84 miles to enjoy. Kick up some leaves at the Snowdonia Walking Festival. Admire the view from Mount Snowdon's new visitor centre, Hafod Eryri - get there on foot, or let the train do the hard work. Head to Erddig, Wrexham to leaf through a book fair set in an 18th century country house. Or just crack open a juicy red, locate the nearest log fire, and put your feet up. Go on, you know you're worth it. Visit www.breaksnorthwales.co.uk to find out more.
